The gym
Strength Equipment
The gym is equipped with a full rack, barbells, weight plates, trap bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, and a pull-up bar.
Functional Training
Gymnastic rings, resistance bands, slam balls, weighted sleds, and tyre training.
Resistance & Control
Cable machine and accessory equipment.
This setup allows for a balanced approach to training, combining strength, control, and functional movement in every session.
Outdoor Training
When the weather allows, sessions can take place in a quiet outdoor space next to the gym.

Your Coach
I’m Richard, a fitness coach passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and long-term healthy habits. My sessions combine structured training with the benefits of exercising outdoors, creating a supportive environment where people of all fitness levels can challenge themselves and improve together.
My coaching focuses on functional training, strength development, agility, and outdoor workouts that build real-world fitness. Whether you're new to exercise or looking to push yourself further, my aim is to help you move better, become stronger, and build consistent habits that support long-term health. Alongside outdoor group sessions, I also offer one-to-one coaching from my private home gym.
