I am a CIMSPA-accredited fitness professional, recognised by the UK’s leading body for setting standards in the sport and physical activity industry. I have also completed an outdoor-specific fitness qualification with The Fitness Group,

Lifestyle Change
My life changed when I was diagnosed with cancer 8 years ago.
It made me realise I hadn’t truly respected my body or understood what it was capable of.
From that point, I made a real commitment to becoming the strongest and fittest version of myself.
Eight years later, I’ve achieved that goal, and I continue to push forward while helping others realise their own potential.
Rare Disease
I was also born with a rare protein disorder, which has meant following a strict dietary therapy diet for my entire life.
It’s given me a deep understanding of what it’s like to stay consistent with nutrition, especially when it’s challenging. Whether your goal is to get fitter, stronger, or lose weight, I understand what it takes.
