Strength Bootcamp
£10 per person
A small group strength session focused on building real strength using heavier weights and functional equipment.
Expect a mix of coached lifts, strength-based circuits, and full-body training, with guidance on technique, movement, and performance.
Limited Numbers
With a maximum of just 5 people, you’ll receive hands-on guidance throughout, helping you improve your technique, lift safely, and get the most out of every exercise.
Equipment
Tractor tyres, battle ropes, weights, barbells, trap bars, kettlebells, weighted sleds and other functional equipment.
Train Outdoors
Sessions take place in a natural outdoor space, giving you a calm, open, and distraction-free environment to train.
All sessions are weather dependent and only take place when conditions are dry.
Availability
This is not a weekly recurring bootcamp. Strength Bootcamp sessions run on an ad hoc basis, with limited dates released throughout the month.
When a session goes live, spaces are very limited and tend to fill quickly due to the small group size. If you’re interested, keep an eye out for announcements and secure your space as soon as bookings open.

Train with the trainer

sessions give you the chance to train alongside me in a more hands-on, shared experience.
These sessions can include strength bootcamps, agility, speed and fitness as well as yoga-inspired mobility and recovery sessions. It’s a great way to learn through doing, stay motivated, and push yourself in a supportive environment.
These sessions run on an ad hoc basis, so keep an eye out for when they go live and jump in when you can.
