How The Training Works

  • Build full-body strength using kettlebells, tyres, battle ropes, resistance exercises, and bodyweight movements to improve muscle tone, posture, and overall fitness.

  • Improve endurance and burn calories through workouts designed to get your heart rate up and keep it there.

  • Move better, faster, and more efficiently with exercises that improve coordination, balance, and real-world strength.

No two sessions are ever the same. Each workout is designed to challenge your body in new ways.

We help you build strength, improve fitness, and stay motivated week after week.

Every exercise can be scaled to your ability, whether you're a beginner or pushing your limits.

Equipment Used

Our sessions combine a wide range of equipment, including:
Kettlebells, resistance bands, battle ropes, tyres, sleds, slam balls, skipping ropes, agility ladders, drills, and bodyweight movements.
This all creates a challenging full-body workout.
